| Youth drama newsletter is an large-scale government-run publication of the Central Youth Drama Troupe.It was a quite important historical existence during the war of resistance against Japan.The journal had a wide impact on the more than 100 local youth theaters in the country,which played an important role and document value.Due to the long-term obscurity of the political ideology,there are still some problems in the study of the journal,such as the confusion of its history,lack of value recognition etc.Based on the existing research,one tries to bring it back to the academic field,and to explore its significance in the research of the organization of the drama society,the production of the script and the complement of the anthology by making carefully research of the historical document.The text is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is to discuss the cultural context and practical purpose of the Youth drama newsletter,and by making a careful analysis of the indistinct historical information,one could correct the errors of the academic circles and outline the journal’s evolution of the change track.The second chapter mainly starting with the specific historical events,discusses the necessity of the historical reconstruction of the organizational form of the youth drama society,by doing so should be able to reveals the organizational characteristics of the establishment,membership and operation mechanism of the Youth drama’s creation method.The historical retrospection is of great significance to understanding the outbreak of the identity crisis of the Youth drama and the collapse of the "drama network".Meanwhile,it also highlights the irreplaceable of the Youth drama newsletter as an "ongoing historical material".The third chapter follows the epistemic logic of Chapter 2 and inquiries the influences of political mission in the Youth Drama’s work.Explores the relationship between political will and artistic practice,and shows the historical connotation and cultural form of the “Anti-War Drama”.The chapter mainly discussed the backbone position of the Youth drama newsletter in the script published by China Youth and the influence of various institutional factors on the production of the script.Among them,the model of Lu Juewu’s creation had a tendency of urbanization.These creation implies political purpose,such politicization and nationalization methods have been resisted by the public drama in the wave of urbanization.The fourth chapter examines the special position of Youth drama newsletter in the Anti-Japanese War drama and wartime dramas in an overall sense,and reveals the multiple meanings contained in this “precious heritage”.The appendices explore the texts of Tian Han and Hong Shen in the Youth drama newsletter from the perspective of collection study,make detailed examinations of them,and try to reveal the corrections of the writer’s chronicle,chronology,corpus,and complete works then reveal significance of the author’s creative research from the text itself. |
