An Analysis Of Art Of Painting Between Yun Shouping And Changzhou Painting-School Boudoir Painters

Yun Shouping,a famous painter from Piling(the present Changzhou),Jiangsu in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties.He had deep attainments in his landscape paintings and flower-and-bird paintings,especially his unique boneless flower-and bird-paintings,which were different from traditional artistic method of flower-and-bird paintings in traditional Chinese realistic painting and freehand brushwork..After the appearance of the boneless flower-and-bird painting,it caused scholars in Jiangsu and Zhejiang to follow the painting method one after another,and formed the "Changzhou painting school" of taking boneless flower and bird painting as the principle painting aspect,which reversed theslack situation of flower and bird painting in the early Qing Dynasty and also had a great impact on it.Among lots of followers on the bonelsss flowers and birds painting there was a special group-boudoir painters,also called female painters.The boneless flower-and-bird paintings painted by Yun Shouping was elegant and fresh,soft and beautiful,rather similar to the aesthetic orientation of women,so that it's loved and followed by many boudoir women,and gradually formed a cultural trend.In the history of traditional art,men have been dominant,while women have been neglected for a long time,until the beginning of Ming Dynasty,women's artistic creation was gradually recognized by the world.Changzhou painting-School boudoir painters opened a new chapter in the history of ancient Chinese painting,which is of great significance in the inheritance and development of the boneless flowers and birds paintings.Through the study of art of painting between Yun Shouping and Changzhou Painting-School boudoir Painters to this article explored the similarities and differences on boneless flowers and birds,as well as my inspiration to create my own flower-and-bird paintingscreation of my flower and bird painting inspiration.First of all,this paper will briefly introduce Yun Shouping and Changzhou Boudoir painters' life and background,analyze the relationship between Yun Shouping and Changzhou painting-School boudoir painters,and find out the mentoring relationship between Yun Shouping and Changzhou painting-School Boudoir painters on how to influence their painting style.Then it briefly introduces the characteristics of boneless flower-and-bird painting of Yun Shouping and Changzhou Boudoir painters and then through the methods of literature research,field investigation,graphic and text analysis,contrast research and so on,the thesis is systematically studied and discussed.This paperanalyzes the similarities and differences between Yun Shuping and Changzhou Boudoir painters in artistic styles from painting subject matter,technique,color and form,and summarizes the influence of Yun Shuping and Changzhou Boudoir painters on flower and bird painting.Finally,I will combine boneless flower-and-bird painting techniquescombined with contemporary painting to create flower –and-bird painting.Thesis,from the painting subjects,techniques,color and form which can analysis of changzhou school painter's artistic style and yun shouping similarities and differences,which can summarize yun shouping and changzhou school painter's influence on flower-and-bird paintings.In the end,I will use the technique of no bone flower and bird painting to combine with contemporary painting.
