After regaining Yunnan, the Ming Dynasty set up Tusi's jurisdiction and made Mu's family to guard it.There are many ethnic groups in the Yunnan region, and the situation among Tusi is complex. The Ming Dynasty inherited and developed the Tusi system of the Yuan Dynasty and sent the eunuchs to guard the region. In order to further clarify the interactive relationship among the Mu family, the Eunuch Grand Defender and the chieftains, gains and losses of the game and balance are explored with historical materials such as history, local records and memorials under the central and local, local and local models and the activities being taken part in.The content discussed in this article is divided into three periods: the early period, the middle period and the later period. The early period begins from the pacified of Yunnan to the end of the expeditions to LuChuan. The middle period begins after the expeditions to LuChuan to the abolish of Eunuch Grand Defender. The later period begins from the abolish of Eunuch Grand Defender to the end of the Ming Dynasty. The paper consists of introduction, text, and conclusion. The first part is an introduction, which briefly describes the reason and significance of this paper's topic selection. It sums up and summarizes the research results of the previous generation of scholars. It has been found that the exploration of combining the Mu family,Eunuch Grand Defender, and chieftains can be worked out.The second part is the text. The regime structure of the Ming Dynasty in Yunnan is summarized in the first chapter.Starting with Muying,Yunnan has been guarded by the Mu's family for two centuries, which has always been an important link in Yunnan's power structure.Yunnan's unique geographical environment and the amount of Tusi make the Tusi system a major feature of the Yunnan regime, which was a force that could not be ignored during the Ming Dynasty's governance of Yunnan.Although theestablishment of guarding the eunuchs did not run through the Ming Dynasty, its participation and impact of local affairs in Yunnan should not be underestimated.Under the the central and local, local and local models, the resulting interaction among the Mus,the eunuchs and Tusi is the basics of the paper. The relationship between the power game and the balance of checks and balances is discussed in the second chapter. At the beginning of the Ming dynasty, the Yunnan region was pacified and Provincial Government and other institutions was not yet perfect and the government was still unstable. The relationship between the game and the checks and balances in this period are mainly based on the central government's control of Yunnan and the situation of the Mus,the guarding of eunuchs, and the rebellion of the Tusi.On the one hand, the Central Government relied on the Mu family to guard Yunnan to pacify the rebellion of the Tusi who had not obeyed the Ming dynasty. On the other hand, the government set up Eunuch Grand Defender as the supplement and balance of the power. The Tusi divided into two parts in order to ensure maximization of their own interests. One differentiated itself to conform to the current situation. It took the lead in appointing the imperial court to obtain formal local governance qualifications. The other tried to rely on the growth of power to infringe on infrequently and constantly provoking counter-evidence events and enemies with the surrounding Tusi. The situation of the middle period of Ming Dynasty is discussed in the third chapter. When the Mu family's power was no longer in its initial stage, some of its powers began to be lost, and its influence in the tutelage was also declining. The rebellion and revenge killings of the Tusi still continued, and it took longer and longer. However, the effect of the suppression was not obvious. The increasing strength of the Tusi, together with the Eunuch Grand Defender' power and plunder, led to the failure of saving the local situation and easing the conflicts even if the abolition of the eunuchs was abolished.During this period, the large number of Eunuch Grand Defender, the length of time, and the emergence of elder officials were the new features. The combination and confrontation with the Mu family, local officials, patrolling officers and chieftains constituted consisted the main body of games and checks and balances. In the fourth chapter, the Eunuch Grand Defender was abolished in the later period of the Ming Dynasty.Only the Mu family and the Tusi were left in the relationship. The Mu family did not have strong deterrence and control over the Tusi. The rebellionbetween Tusi led to the loss of numerous lands in the Ming Dynasty. The Ming dynasty was too weak to take notice of this.Throughout the Middle Period of the Ming Dynasty, under the central and local, local and local models, the Mu family which focused on the“interests” and Eunuch Grand Defender disappeared accompanied by the demise of the Ming Dynasty. But the chieftains survived at last. The last part is an epilogue that summarizes the overall situation of the Mu family,Eunuch Grand Defender, and the Tusi under the central and local, local and local models. The results and impact of the game and the checks and balances are worth considering.
