Study On The Calligraphy Of Deng Sanmu

Deng Sanmu is one of the few artists in modern and contemporary Chinese calligraphy who has created a large number of works of art,including poetry,calligraphy,painting,seal cutting,theoretical monographs and so on.In his later years,he devoted himself to the preparation of theoretical works,inscriptions and popular reading materials,and devoted himself to the cause of calligraphy education and the reform of Chinese calligraphy.It has made outstanding contribution to the spread and development of Chinese calligraphy art.The art of calligraphy seal cutting is to strive for perfection,music this is not the other,its true,grass,Li,seal character are all fine,unique,especially to the development of "grass seal","grass Li" made great contribution.Calligraphy works have a unique style,the style is ancient,the small block letters of the fly head is also easy to do,it is a rare high-yield calligrapher in the modern and contemporary book world.As early as the 20 th century,1920 s and 1930 s,the art circles of his calligraphy have evaluated his calligraphy art as "Jiangnan libate".The thesis is divided into six chapters: the first chapter is based on the background of the book world in the period of the Republic of China where Deng Sanmu lived,narrates Deng's life experience and several important events that affect his life path.Explore Deng Sanmu's personality.The second and third chapters are the core part of this paper,mainly from Deng Sanmu's calligraphy experience,focusing on the analysis of Deng Sanmu's calligraphy art characteristics.Through the deep analysis of the representative works of various types of books in the three periods of Deng Sanmu's early,middle,and late periods,and from the brushwork to the conclusion,Style features and other aspects combined with his calligraphy works to analyze the calligraphy art characteristics of various types in each period.Chapter IV combined with Deng Sanmu seal cutting art style to analyze the face of his calligraphy,in the pen from strokes to lines of communication,In conclusion,the change from leveling to mutual error,the relationship between the style of the two and the unification of the calligraphy and engraving are explored to probe into the root of the formation of Deng Sanmu's style of calligraphy.Chapter five focuses on the erudite and rigorous scholarly attitude.This paper discusses the causes of Deng San-mu 's style of calligraphy from two aspects: the sixth chapter,on the basis of the artistic characteristics reflected by his various calligraphy styles,explores the way of his whole book art and the whole family moving northward in his later years.In view of the influence of the establishment of Deng Sanmu Art Gallery on the society,the contribution made to the calligraphy education of the motherland has given Deng Sanmu a proper position in the contemporary calligraphy world.
