The opium war had led to the rapid transformation of Chinese society.Under the impact of new ideas and new theories,Chinese traditional society change slowly.,a group of Chinese intellectuals studying in Japan were baptized by new ideas,They introduced new ideas from abroad to China and integrated new theories into Chinese real environment,and accelerated the pace of the development of Chinese modernization.Zhang Ji was one of these intellectuals,Through the practice of a series of political activities and the analysis of political theory,he made great contributions to the peace of the country and the stability of people's livelihood.The text collates and generalizes different periods of political thought of Zhang Ji,hackles the basic thread of the germination,development and transformation of Zhang Ji's though.This paper will mainly to explain Zhang Ji's political thought from seven parts.the first part is the brief introduction of Zhang Ji's life.this part mainly focuses on the background of the age in which he lived,and introduces the change of his life experiences and thought from the youth to his later years,so that we can get a preliminary understanding of Zhang Ji himself;The second part is Zhang Ji's anarchist thought,This chapter focuses on the specific activities of Zhang Ji's propaganda of anarchism and expounds its development and characteristics.The third part is Zhang Ji's Interpretation of Nationality,Civil Rights,and People's Livelihood.this part embodies Zhang Ji's thought of resisting the feudal autocracy and longing for democracy by discussing nationalism,democracy,and people's livelihood;The fourth part is Zhang Ji's thought of National Sovereignty Construction.when we faced with the tragic fact of imperialism invade China,Zhang Ji seized the overall interest,and he proposed some plans that the local people defended themselves against the enemy,reorganized the frontier policy,recovered the right of drinking water,Government gave preferential treatment to the family members of the martyrs to resist foreign enemy and defend our territory to consolidate national defense.The fifth part is Zhang Ji's Legal Construction Thought.Zhang Ji advocated the state promoted the development of various undertakings by strict legal system,and then ensure that state institutions were fair and strict and handle affairs according to law from the political level;The sixth part is Zhang Ji's thought of building a clean government.he opposed corruption,proposed to simplify institutions,and encouraged young people try their best to learn cultural knowledge to become the required talents of the state;The seventh part is the evaluation of Zhang Ji's political thought.Through the comprehensive discussion on the above aspects,In the author's opinion,on the one hand,zhang has the overall idea of saving the country and the people;On the other hand,his ideas have some historical limitations.
