Objective: To proving the effect of imagery training on Latin skill learning by experimental research,and compare the way of imagery training that if has the background of music on the effect of skill learning.Methods: The 30 girls that were no significant difference on baseline and no basis of Latin were randomly selected from the aerobics class,and they have to presentation skills training for a week.The 30 students were randomly divided into 3 groups: no imagery training group,imagery training without music group,imagery training with the background of music group.Then 3 groups have to complete the 9 days' experiment,also have a skills assessment on days 1,day 3,day 6 and day 9.Results: The imagery training groups is much higher than no imagery training group on the result of skills assessment,and there has a significant difference between the groups(P < 0.001),imagery training with the background of music group is higher than imagery training without music group,especially in the indicator of music rhythm and the fluency of movement(P < 0.001),while for the indicator in the control of body postures and the accuracy of skill,imagery training with the background of music group is higher than imagery training without music group(P < 0.001).Conclusion :(1)It is very effective to add imagery training in the skill leaning for latin,and the more times of imagery training,the better.(2)Adding music is very effective for the leaning of music rhythm and the fluency of movement in imagery training of latin,but we should choose the no music imagery training for the leaning of the body posture,hand,hip,foot and other details in study of latin.
