Study On The Weaving Poems Of Tang Dynasty

Sangzhi,referring to mulberry planting,sericulture and silk textiles taking,is the main component of the Chinese traditional production pattern that the men plough and the women weave and occupies an significant role in supporting the development of Chinese society for thousands of years.Thanks to the renewed prosperity of the “Silk Road”,silk production has been so prospering with a widespread popularization,considerable production volume and long-term development of textiles,dyeing processing technologies in the Tang Dynasty,among which,the diligence and hard work of the women in the Tang Dynasty function greatly.There are a great number of Tang poems which reflects Sangzhi's activities.Among them,the poems narrating the women weavers' hard work,emotional world add up to 101,because the main body of weaving are women,so these works are called "Woman's Poems".The contents of such works are explored mainly through the "bitter" and "grieving" of the women weavers.At the same time,such poems carry rich cultural content and have a high artistic value.The poets in the Tang Dynasty writes what women weavers experienced,knew and felt into the poems,enabling these poems to function as recording and reflecting the social,historical and customary of the Tang Dynasty.This thesis has systematically discussed this.
