A Preliminary Investigation Of The Northeastern Drum Of Jilin Province

The Northeastern Drum,which is popular in the northeast of China,is one of the excellent music styles with long history and rich connotation.In the period of the Ming and Qing Dynasties,the performance of the northeastern drum had been produced.In the subsequent historical development,the Northeast Drum was gradually updated on the basis of the characteristics of the northeast region,showing a rich regional feature,and many outstanding artists have emerged,and many excellent tracks have been accumulated.A variety of artistic genres have also been formed.The art of Northeastern Drum is from the people,serving the people,and enjoying it for the people.Whether in cities or towns,there are large numbers of loyal fans.Even in the case of low social status,changes in social and economic conditions and changes in the political environment,the Northeastern Drums still maintain close ties with the people,still under the love of people and continue to develop to the present.As one of the three northeastern provinces,Jilin’s Northeastern Drum has spread widely in Jilin,and is very popular.Among the many schools of northeast drum,the Dongcheng school is an excellent part,and the popular areas are distributed in Jilin province and nearby villages and towns.This article takes the Northeastern Drum of Jilin as the research object,first introduces the history and development of the Northeastern Drum,analyzes the local Northeastern Drum music,summarizes the music characteristics of the Northeastern Drum,and finally,combined with the inheritance status of the Northeastern Drum,puts forward some suggestions for the protection of the Northeastern Drum.
