A Study On The Folk Custom Of Yi Nationality In Bailu Village, Wuding County

As an important part of social life and culture,folk custom not only reflects the behavior of a certain folk group,but also contains rich cultural connotations.Among them,the folklore formed by plants has a certain degree of particularity.Since the original orientation was plant,people often only saw it as a form of a plant,and neglected its cultural symbolic significance.As a common plant,pines are closely related to humans.In the Yi nationality,pine trees are used on many occasions.The pines and the Shezu have formed a two-way relationship.This two-way relationship is manifested in the fact that humans have consciously selected the pine tree species,and the pine trees have had a certain influence on human life.This has led to a series of loose folk customs and a certain degree of certainty.Symbolic meaning.From the perspective of folklore,this article uses the field investigation method and takes Bailu Village in Wuding County of Chuxiong as the field point and the Bailu Dai as the research object,combining ecological folklore,human ecology,ethnobotany and other academic viewpoints and methods.Investigate the folk customs related to Daisong trees in Bailu Village.From the three aspects of material folklore,social folklore,and spiritual folklore,to the production methods,diet,architecture,year-old festivals,life etiquette,legends,and beliefs,we combed and summarized pine trees' awareness and use patterns in Dai people's daily life.The study finds that the symbolic significance of the folk custom of the Dai Nationality in Bailu Village is mainly manifested in the following: First,the eternal pursuit.This eternal pursuit is in fact the pursuit of health and longevity.It is the yearning for the infinite life.The finiteness of human life makes humanity There is a special kind of emotion for longevity and this emotion is expressed through specific actions.Second,it reflects the general idea that the Dai people in Bailu Village evade Najib.Each of the Bailu Village is related to pines.The rituals were all designed to avoid evils,to pray for cleanliness and security,and to move toward Ginafuku.This universalthinking is often caused by people's unpredictability of the future.The third is the object of worship of the ancestors.Taking ancestor worship as the core,it also incorporates a variety of religious beliefs such as nature worship and totem worship.In its acts of religious belief,pine trees are worshipped by the Qiang people because they symbolize the ancestral spirits;the fourth is a symbol of the national spirit.Pine trees can grow in harsh environments.There are no special requirements for the living environment.No matter if it is rain or snow,it can be proud of its independence.Do not pull the tough,fearless,indomitable spirit,which is precisely the Yi people have a national spirit.
