Objective:The recruit phase is not only the first step of the soldier's military career, but also the starting point of the soldier's vocational skills, professional thoughts and professional psychological germination. It is also the critical period for the development of individual personality and the fast development stage of the psychological quality of young people's ego identity and cognitive ability. The plateau environment is characterized by anoxia and alpine. It also has notable characteristics such as relatively closed traffic and information, dry climate, lack of products, strong ultraviolet radiation, social customs and cultural life. The Tibetan Plateau is often forces carrying out rather heavy Beiqin task of maintaining stability, psychological and physical stress level in large. It has been shown that the plateau, hot, marine, offshore, acceleration of gravity, alpine, cabin, tunnel and closed special military training and living environment, military influence on cognitive processing, emotional regulation, volitional control and environmental adaptation caused significant differences in the psychological process of the general environment, and theinfluence of the environment on the plateau soldiers' cognitive ability and mental health caused by significant. At present,on the plateau environment on the soldiers' cognitive ability and mental health effects, longitudinal study has a lot of comparative studies have different altitudes, accumulated abundant research achievements, but the comparative study on the plateau and plain trend has not been reported. The purpose of this study is to explore the different characteristics:(1)cognitive ability in recruits in Plateau and plain recruits trend;(2)to explore the different characteristics of the change trend of the psychological adaptation of recruits in Plateau and plain in recruits troops;(3)in the study of personality psychology recruits to adapt to changes in the regulatory role of intermediary. Methods:This study is divided into two parts:Study 1: 210 recruits from a plateau troops and 210 recruits who were recruited in the same army in the same year were selected as the research object. The DXC-6 type of group psychological measurement system to recruit learning ability, memory ability, digital operation ability, long term memory recognition ability, attention span and spatial representation conversion ability of 6 cognitive abilities were evaluated in 1 weeks,in the beginning of the camp for 1 months,3 months,6 months and 4 time points.A multiple factor analysis of variance was used to evaluate the 4 evaluation results, and to explore the characteristics of 6 cognitive abilities of recruits in plateau group and plain group in 6 months.Study two: adopting the adaptive self rating scale for recruits,we assessed the mental adaptation of recruits in the first study in 4 weeks, including 1 weeks,1 months,3 months and 6 months.A multiple factor analysis of variance was used to evaluate the 4 evaluation results, and to explore the different characteristics of psychological adaptation of recruits in plateau group and plain group in 6 months.Results:1 Comparison of cognitive ability and change trend of new recruits in plateau group and plain groupFrom 1 weeks to 6 months after entering the camp, the learning ability,long-term memory recognition ability and attention span of recruits in Highland group were significantly higher than those in plain group recruits. There were significant differencesin 6 cognitive abilities between recruits in plateau group and recruits in plain group.2 Comparison of cognitive ability and change trend of new recruits with different demographic characteristicsThere was no significant difference in the cognitive ability and the trend of change between the different educational level, the only child and the only child, the urban household register and the rural household registration recruits from 1 weeks to 6 months.3 Comparison of psychological adaptation and changing trend of new recruits in plateau group and plain groupThe camp for 1 weeks to 6 months, the plateau group recruits mental obstacle into the total score, factor score, can not adapt to the factor score, depression factor score, impulsive factor scores were significantly lower than plain group recruits;plateau group and plain group recruits recruits psychological adjustment disorder score and 6 factor scores change trend of the difference was not statistically significant.4 Comparison of psychological adaptation and change trend of new recruits with different demographic characteristicsThere were no significant differences in total score, score and trend of mental adjustment among different educational level, single child and non only child, urban household registration and rural household registration recruits from 1 weeks to 6 months.Conclusion:1 From 1 weeks to 6 months, altitude is the influencing factor of recruits' learning ability,long-term memory recognition ability and attention span. The recruits in plateau group are significantly higher than those in plain group, which are the influencing factors of 6 cognitive abilities in recruits.2 From 1 weeks to 6 months, the education level, the only child and the location of household registration were not the 6 factors influencing the cognitive ability and the trend of change.3 The camp for 1 weeks to 6 months, the altitude is influencing factors of the level of total score, failure to adapt to factor score, intruder factor score, impulse factor score, depressive factor score, significantly lower than the plateau plain;influencing factors of the variation trend of elevation is not a psychological adaptation.4 From 1 weeks to 6 months, the educational level, the only child and the location of the household register were not the influencing factors of the recruits' psychological adaptation and the score of each factor, but not the psychological adaptation of the recruitsand the factors influencing the trend of each factor score.
