In the increasingly fierce competition in the international knowledge economy,education reform has become an important link for all countries to enhance their competitiveness in twenty-first Century.Throughout the history of education reform,teacher education has been the focus of education reform in all countries.Among them,The gap between theory and practice has been the core problem of education.Micro-teaching is a special course for the teaching skill training of normal university students and plays an irreplaceable role in the implementation of education.In music area,music teaching is widely used in music teachers education.In this paper,through literature analysis,case study method(questionnaire investigation,interview method,physical method)to participate in the D university of music in 2016-2016 school year fall semester "music" micro-standard teaching level 2015 musicology(normal)professional 45 undergraduate study and an instructor in the investigation.Understanding of the D university music micro-teaching practice situation,find out the music micro-teaching existing shortcomings,through the results of the survey analysis of the literature and analyzing the influence factors and put forward reasonable Suggestions for improvement.The study found that music micro lattice teaching has the following problems:music normal student music micro lattice teaching theory knowledge;music micro grid teaching practice is not well prepared;the interaction between music normal students is limited.Music normal students are not highly motivated;The recorded video was not fully utilized;The content of teaching evaluation is not very specific;The issue of mutual assessment is in the form and so on.Finally,this paper proposes some feasible Suggestions for music teachers' classroom teaching,such as improving the professional identity of music teachers.Strengthen music normal students to study independently;To adjust the teaching strategies of music micro-teaching;Perfect the evaluation system of music micro-teaching.
