Affected by positive psychology,the American scholar Luthans put forward the concept of psychological capital regarding the point of view on positive psychology and positive organizational behavior as the thinking framework after analyzing thoroughly the characteristics and the difference between human capital and social capital,in 2004.Psychological capital can bring decisive competitive advantage,it is that people in the growth and development stage to show a positive state of mind,is to build on the human capital and social capital of one of the core elements of psychology,it is encourage people to grow and enhance mental resources.How to help high school students to adjust the pressure of competition,to face to competition rationally,to discover their positive force,to attribute to achievement reasonably,to anticipate the positive and personal growth eagerly is one of the important subject of modern education faces.The research is on the basis of relevant theoretical literature and to high school students at home and abroad as the research object,to release the characteristics of the development of psychological capital in the form of a questionnaire study of high school students and formulate a set of effectively improving senior high school students psychological capital group counseling program,select senior one to senior three parallel classes of students as the research object which the group counseling had intervened for a period of 8 weeks,.Through the analysis of the results of the study,the conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)On the whole,the overall level of high school students' psychological capital is not bad.The total score of 420 students in high school students' psychological capital questionnaire is 82.4167,higher than the total score of the questionnaire,the distribution of the middle value of 69 points.(2)The level of the high school students' psychological capital has a statistically significant difference.The level of psychological capital of high school students is significantly higher than that in grade two and grade three.There are significant differences in the gender,student cadres and the award winning situation.(3)In the level of psychological capital in the nation,the one-child,abode,major,grade of senior high school students do not exist significant differences.In grade development characteristics,the self-efficacy level of high school students was significantly higher than that of senior high school students in grade two.High and middle school students,grade two and grade three students' self-efficacy level has no significant difference.(4)High school students' psychological capital group intervention plays a significant role to improve the level of high school students' psychological capital.Conclusion: the high school students' psychological capital level is good and the psychological capital intervention program has the function of promoting the high school students' psychological capital.
