The “bax deib” belief in eastern Mong people's society is a synthesis of various primitive forms of religion that spontaneously originated in the primitive society and remains until now.These include the worship of nature,ghost worship,totem worship,ancestor worship and so on.The “bax deib” belief is a natural and religious belief centered on the ancestor worship formed by the eastern Mong people on the basis of the concept of "all things being animate".It is the "deity of the Mong people in their relations with nature,people,man and society expression".In the eastern Mong people's society,the “bax deib” belief goes deep into all aspects of Mong people's life,and it profoundly affects the Mong people's spiritual life.As an important material carrier for the “bax deib” belief of Mong people,the “bax deib” Scriptures contain a deep understanding of the relationship between human life and other living entities,the relationship between humans and nature,and the relationship between human beings.It contains the concept of life ethic of “might be born with the same source”,“paying equal attention to both body and soul”,“respecting nature,equality of all things”,“harmony of one thing,one thing,all things”,“conform to nature,not against the four hours”.As well as the concept of social ethics such as "harmony between husband and wife,diligence and thrift,love and respect for the aged," "mutual love in the neighborhood and mutual assistance".The ethical ideas contained in the Mong people's “Bax deib” scriptures have different characteristics from other forms of expression.They show the simplicity of form,the miscibility of content and the sanctity of ethical concept.The ethical concept demonstrated by the Mong people's “Bax deib” scriptures not only played an important role in the historical period,but also has its practical significance in the current era.Specifically,first,the concept of bioethics in the Mong people's “Bax deib” scriptures is promoted,which helps to maintain the balance between humans and other living organisms and promote the sustainable and healthy development of society.Second,the promotion of the ecological ethic concept in the Mong people's “Bax deib” scriptures will help promote harmony between man and nature and promote the building of socialist ecological civilization.Third,promoting the social ethic concept in the Mong people's “Bax deib” scriptures will help promote harmony among people and promote the building of a harmonious socialist society.
