The Research On The Relationship Among Attachment Style,Sexual Communication And Intimate Relationship Satisfaction

With the development and progress of society,"sex" is no longer a taboo subject.Foreign studies on attachment and intimacy have introduced the concept of sexual communication and become a research hotspot in recent years.Domestic research on attachment and intimacy satisfaction is in its infancy,and there are few studies on sexual communication.This research under the background of our country’s culture,to understand the attachment style,the present situation of the communication and relationship satisfaction,at the same time,study the attachment style,the relationship between communication and relationship satisfaction and sexual communication in the attachment of two dimensions and the mechanism of action between relationship satisfaction,provide theoretical support for our people improve relationship satisfaction.In this study,539 adults aged between 20 and 50 years of sexual experience were tested,and questionnaire survey was conducted using the relationship experience scale,sexual communication scale and intimacy satisfaction scale.It provides relevant theoretical reference for the Chinese people to improve their relationship satisfaction.The conclusions are as follows:(1)there were significant differences in gender between attachment avoidance and sexual communication;There was significant difference between attachment avoidance,attachment anxiety,sexual communication and intimacy satisfaction in the age of test.There were significant differences in attachment avoidance and relationship satisfaction in the time of marriage.There was a significant difference in relationship satisfaction among participants in different relationships.There was a significant difference in relationship satisfaction between the participants and their partners.(2)there was a significant correlation between attachment style,sexual communication and relationship satisfaction.There was a significant negative correlation between attachment style and intimacy satisfaction.There was a significant negative correlation between attachment style and sexual communication.Sexual communication was positively correlated with relationship satisfaction.(3)the attachment style can predict communication and intimate relationship satisfaction.Specifically,attachment style has negative predictive effect on relationship satisfaction;Attachment style has negative predictive effect on sexual communication;Sexual communication has a positive predictive effect on relationship satisfaction.(4)sexual communication has a moderating effect between attachment style and intimacy satisfaction.Research shows that improving the level of sexual communication among partners is an effective way to reduce the negative influence of attachment avoidance and attachment anxiety on intimacy satisfaction.
