Learning motivation is a kind of internal motivation to promote students' learning activities,and it is also a need to stimulate and guide students to learn.Social cognitive motivation theory integrates motivation and cognitive factors,and proposes four motivation components,namely achievement motivation,achievement goal,self-efficacy and attribution of success and failure.The paper takes it as a structure and studies the motivation of students from the perspective of integration.It is a very meaningful research topic for me to stimulate and strengthen students'interests in learning and to change their interests into stable learning motivation.Investigation on the research about city students learning motivation from the children's palace in Heping District of Tianjin,motivation theory,analysis of factors affecting the students' learning motivation,and to further explore specific strategies to stimulate students' learning motivation,improve the learning effect of the Children's Palace students.This paper includes five parts:introduction,literature review and theoretical basis,findings and analysis,stimulating the learning strategies of young students,and conclusions and outlook.The first part mainly introduces the research background,purpose and significance,concept definition,research ideas and methods,research innovation and so on.The second part introduces the theory,genres and research status of motivation in China and foreign countries.The third part is about the investigation on Children's Palace students' learning motivation who participate in the survey from Heping District in Tianjin,a total of 193 students,the age spans from 6 years to 12 years,and the results of the survey data for statistical analysis.On the basis of the questionnaire survey,the children's palace's students were interviewed further,and the factors affecting the learning motivation of children's palace were summarized.In the fourth part,based on the investigation and interview of students' learning motivation and its influencing factors,the author puts forward some suggestions and strategies to stimulate students' learning motivation.The last part of this paper points out the conclusions and shortcomings of this study,and looks forward to the future research in order to explore the study further.
