Sports dance has a long history of development,originally originated in Europe.Standard dancing is a form of sports dance,mainly including waltz,Vienna waltz,tango,fox dance and fast dance five different forms.Standard dancing originated in Europe,after the introduction of our country,after years of development in China to become an important form of dance in China.Compared with our traditional sports,sports dance is a new kind of sports.At present,China's Standard dancing has made some achievements in Asia,but compared with the European countries,China's Standard dancing still has a big gap.China has a number of Standard dancing club,but in China's popularity is still relatively low,especially among the people did not get echoed.In addition,the comprehensive development of Standard dancing in China,China's Standard dancing is still a large gap,therefore,in order to enhance the popularity of Standard dancing in China to enhance the overall level of development of Standard dancing,the article on the Standard dancing action Classification and teaching forms were studied.In the process of research,the article has carried on the concrete classification to the Standard dancing,and on this basis,inquires about the teaching method of the Standard dancing,thus enriches the current research theory about the Standard dancing,constantly enhances our country Standard dancing teaching level,therefore,The research has strong theoretical significance and practical significance.The research object of this article is the classification and teaching method of Standard dancing,mainly through the study of the classification of Standard dancing,and on this basis,the experimental study of teaching,so as to raise the teaching effect of the strategy,the article in the study The process of a university in Beijing 16 students for the experimental object analysis.The article is divided into four parts,the following specific analysis.The first part,introduction.In the introductory part,the author analyzes the background of the research and the purpose of the study,so as to understand the actual situation of the article and the ultimate goal.In addition,the author puts forward the main content of the article and the way of research,through the analysis of the statusquo at home and abroad to understand the current domestic and foreign scholars on the Standard dancing research status,laid the theoretical basis for the study,which can better carry out Article of the study.The second part,the definition of Standard dancing and classification analysis.This part mainly analyzes the Standard dancing,and discusses the classification of the Standard dancing,which points out the main basis of the classification of the article,which can be a scientific classification of research,the main part of the study for the future lay the theoretical basis.The third part,the waltz dance as the object of study teaching design.In this part,the design of teaching experiment is carried out in the field of waltz dance.In the course of teaching experiment design,the 16 students of a university in Beijing are studied.The experimental part of the experiment includes the design of the experimental program,the preparation before the experiment,the specific experimental process and the final experimental results analysis.The fourth part,concluding remarks.Come to conclusion:1)The study of standard dance should be cultivated from childhood to promote the growth of young people and the development of standard dance;2)The classification of standard dance is divided into dynamic,rotational and styling movements;3)The action classification teaching method promotes the study of juvenile standard dance.
