Shujuanzi(???)refers to the Chinese characters without given pronunciation in contemporary colloquial Mandarin,but now which have been labeled to sounds.Although most sounds are possibly reasonable,at the same time there are some differences between Taiwan and Mainland of China.This article in the window of the most representative dictionaries,Grand Chinese Dictionary of Mainland and Great Chinese Dictionary of Taiwan,both with most Chinese characters and phonetic notations,these dictionaries which list research on several Shujuanzi groups in differences of modern pronunciation.The paper divides into three parts.First part is introduction,introducing the research background,research methods and cited examples of differences of contemporary pronunciation in Shujuanzi respectively.The second part overviews the main categories of discrepancy of contemporary pronunciation in Shujuanzi,which it classes types and reveal causes from all kinds of discrepancies meanwhile.The third part is the collation of differences of contemporary pronunciation between Taiwan and Mainland of China,including three steps.Firstly overviews the general usages in differences of contemporary pronunciation between Taiwan and Mainland,which include brief procedures and basic principles for collation.Secondly list some examples of different contemporary sounds between Taiwan and Mainland of China,launch researches on the collation and uncover the related essentials of the collation.Thirdly offers some thoughts about the collation on differences of contemporary pronunciation in Shujuanzi.List some difficult instances about the collation on differences of contemporary pronunciation,further revealing the relevant features of collation.
