The main purpose of teaching Chinese as a foreign language is to cultivate students'abilities to use Chinese to communicate accurately.However,in our real life,we found that even when students have the correct pronunciation,vocabulary and grammar,There are still many mistakes.The basic idea is that they do not fully understand the meaning of social use behind the language and can not choose the right words and expressions according to their own circumstances.In short,the cultural meanings behind the language have not been well received by foreign students.The relationship between language and culture is inseparable.On the one hand,in the broad definition of culture,language is also part of culture.On the other hand,without language as a carrier,the inheritance of culture is bound to be greatly limited.As the Sapir-Wolfe Hypothesis mentions:language not only reflects the form of culture,but also the language structure,in part or in whole,determines people's perception of the world.Although this hypothesis has not yet been confirmed,it still contains some truths.In the relationship between language and culture,from the perspective of linguistic factors,the most closely related is vocabulary,followed by grammar,and the relationship between speech and culture is the least.The vocabulary system of a national language can most directly and most sensitively reflect the cultural orientation of the nation.In other words,vocabulary,besides being conceptually meaningful,is also culturally significant.And in some words,cultural meanings dominate lexical meanings.We can call such terms cultural terms.The sample selected in this paper is the intermediate part of "Developing Chinese"(second edition)series of oral teaching materials-?,? volumes of "Developing Chinese and Intermediate Spoken Chinese".This set of teaching materials aims to fully develop and improve learners' Chinese language ability,Chinese communicative competence and Chinese comprehensive utilization ability as the overall goal.By using quantitative analysis method,select the cultural vocabulary determined textbooks contained,and cultural vocabulary grading and classification.Finally,appropriate teaching strategies based on the analysis results.The thesis is divided into the following three parts:(1)to determine the scope of the selection of cultural vocabulary in this studyThe subject of this study is "Cultural Words in Developing Chinese and Intermediate Spoken ?,?",which are selected from new words,texts and after-school exercises in textbooks.(2)grading and classification of cultural vocabularyThe grading and classification of the cultural words after screening.About classification,based on the "Chinese vocabulary and culture" by Chang Jingyu,supplemented by other classification theories,and the grading basis is based on the"Classification of Vocabulary Chinese Syllables by Vocabulary" The actual degree of application supplemented.The final analysis is presented in tabular format.(3)to determine the teaching principles and teaching strategiesAccording to the results of the analysis,we put forward teaching principles and teaching strategies,and pay attention to the commonness and individuality of the selected cultural words in this study.When putting forward teaching strategies,the proportion of cultural vocabulary in the whole textbook should be taken into account.Attention should be given to overreaching,and the teaching plan of cultural vocabulary can not be ignored or even disturbed.The balance between the two should be achieved.
