Primary school children are in the transitional stage of adolescence,and at the same time,they are also the key period for social development.The imbalance of physical and mental development leads to aggressive behavior.The aggressive behavior of children is an important part of its socialized development,which will seriously affect the healthy development of children's body and mind,and even affect the construction of our whole harmonious society.The research on it not only helps to control and reduce the incidence of aggressive behavior in primary school children,but also contributes to the cultivation of prosocial behavior.Emotion regulation is the process by which individuals manage and change their emotions or others' emotions.Emotional adjustment has an important influence on the individual's social ability and behavior control.When individuals can effectively control their negative emotions,they will make more proper social behavior.In this study,376 students from a primary school in Tianjin were selected to study the effect of emotion regulation ability on aggressive behavior.(1)The level of emotional adjustment ability of primary school children is at a moderate level.There are significant differences in the emotion between different sexes and different sources.The emotional level of boys is significantly higher than that of girls,and the emotional level of the students in the field is significantly higher than that of the local students.There is a significant difference in anger dimension between parents and non divorced families,and the level of anger in non divorced families is significantly higher than that in divorced families.The dimension of fear is significantly different from that of only child.The anger level of the only child is significantly higher than that of the only child.Apart from fear and excitement,there are significant differences in the total score of emotional adjustment and other dimensions in fathers' education.In terms of total score of emotional adjustment,anger and sadness,the higher the degree of father's education,the stronger the ability of emotion regulation.(2)Children in primary school had fewer aggressive behaviors.There is a significant difference in aggressive scores and their dimensions among senior high school students in different sexes,and boys' aggressive behavior is significantly higher than that of girls.Self vent has significant difference in parents' marriage,and the self vent of divorced families is significantly higher than that of non divorced families.(3)There was a negative correlation between emotional adjustment ability and aggressive behavior 22,and the correlation reached a very high level.The results of the regression analysis showed that in order to reduce the aggressive behavior of children,children need to learn to control their anger and deal with anger correctly.The following conclusions are drawn through the discussion:(1)The emotional adjustment ability of primary school children is at a moderate level.There are significant differences in emotion dimensions among different genders and places.Anger is significantly different in parents' marital status.There is a significant difference in fear whether there is only child or father.The total score of sadness and emotional adjustment was significantly different from that of father.(2)Aggressive behavior of children in primary school is less.There are significant differences in gender between aggressive behavior and its dimensions.There are significant differences in self vent dimensions in parents' marriage.(3)There was a significant negative correlation between emotional adjustment ability and aggressive behavior among senior high school students.(4)Anger can predict aggressive behavior in primary school children.
