The research of Thai Chinese writing teaching is significant.However,nowadays the Chinese writing teaching in universities of Thailand is still largely rely on explaining the model essay.Based on the student-centered principle,in this paper the author used the method of task-based classroom teaching in Chinese intermediate-level writing for the students major in Chinese at BSRU.The author participated the writing activity which was carried out as the requirement of combining the classroom teaching and cultural activity in Confucius Institute at BSRU,finally summarize the meaning and insufficient of task-based teaching in Chinese writing.Furthermore,the author investigated the application of task-based teaching in intermediate-level Chinese writing in the university of Thailand,and for the sake of activating classroom atmosphere,a variety of teaching methods and classroom activities were introduced into the teaching plan,which had been proved to be effective in practice.
