Latin dance is a skill-based sports program that takes technology as its core and strength as its guarantee.Strength quality is Latin American dancers physical protection,is to complete a set of cornerstone of the action,Latin dancers is the most important quality of the various special qualities.Excellent quality of special forces can help dancers learn better,master the correct dance techniques,so that dancers in training and competition more fully play their level and show themselves.In Latin dance training,the special strength of quality training,whether it is for high-level players or general players should focus on training.For the most part,the vast majority of literatures have only shown the research on the special abilities and physical abilities of special qualities.The research on the specific strength and quality indicators of Latin dance is scarce.In general,Is in its infancy.It is of great significance to grasp the characteristics of the project,explore and study the characteristics of its special forces,construct the content and evaluation indicators of the special strength training for PE dance special students in PE institutes,and conduct targeted training for special students to comprehensively improve the competitive ability of special students.Through the methods of literature review,expert questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,this article adopts the combination of theory and practice,takes the special strength and quality of Latin dancers as the starting point,takes the special technical characteristics and the Latin dance as the main line,To clarify the connotation of the special strength and quality of Latin dance and Latin dance;to combine the qualitative and quantitative methods,to study the rules and trends of the world’s sports dance,to study the special strength and evaluation index of Latin dance,and the conclusions are as follows:(1)The energy metabolism of Latin dance is mainly based on the mixed energy metabolism characteristics of anaerobic metabolism.Its special technical features are:the rhythm technique of the body formed by the contraction of the muscles of the shoulders and arms;Twisting technique of hip and waist and abdomen;Palms,ankles,knee joint flexural elastic technique;Rapid and rhythmic transfer and conversion of the body’s center of gravity;Body rotation technology.Through the analysis of the relationship between the special technique of Latin dance and the quality of special strength,it is concluded that the special strength of Latin dance isupper limb strength,trunk strength,and lower extremity strength.(2)The principles for the construction of special strength training for Latin dancers in sports colleges and universities are: the principle of consistency with the characteristics of special forces,the principle of continuous and gradual progress,the principle of differential treatment,and the principle of combining strength training with flexibility and joint flexibility.The construction principles of the special strength evaluation index of Latin dancers in sports colleges are: scientific principle,comprehensive principle,relative independence principle at the same level,combination of qualitative and quantitative principles,and simple principle.(3)According to the construction principle of Latin dance technique and special strength quality,the special strength training content of Latin dancers in sports colleges is constructed.The special strength training content of Latin dancers in sports colleges is constructed from three dimensions: upper limb strength,trunk strength,and lower extremity strength.The main contents of the upper limb strength training include: weight shrug,shoulders and shoulders,arm rings,high-five push-ups,Flemish hand positions,and high push-ups;The main contents of the trunk strength training include: cowboy swing,in-situ rhythm,Buddha-type step whisk,weight bridge type,supine leg;The main contents of the lower extremity strength training include: exactly forward and backward lock steps,small steps,30-second single rotation,one-legged pick up,elastic band straight leg collection,ballet five-half jump,ballet jump and marching jump,in situ comprehensive jump,1minute cowboy bomb Kick the leg,control the leg.(4)A special strength evaluation index for Latin dancers in sports colleges was established.Based on two rounds of questionnaire survey and analysis,this paper constructs the special strength quality evaluation index of Latin dancers in sports colleges.The special strength evaluation index of Latin dancers in sports colleges consists of 3 primary indicators and 14 secondary indicators.The specific content is3 indicators for the evaluation of upper limb strength: 30 seconds high-five push-ups,20 seconds weight shrugs,and high push-ups;There are 5 evaluation indicators for the trunk strength: 30-second Buddha-type step whitk,1-minute rhythm,30-second supine leg lift,30-second prostrate two ends,and eight-level prone bridge;Lower extremity strength evaluation index 6: 20 seconds Cuban small step,30 seconds single rotation,1 minute cowboy kick kick,20 seconds single leg lift,5 level frogjump,lever control leg.(5)Studies have shown that Latin dancers should focus on the training of special forces of the lower limbs and the waist and abdomen of the trunk when conducting special strength training.Speed force is the training content of the key reinforcement,in which the training of explosive force combines with the control force.Training.(6)The results of expert verification show that the construction of the special strength training content and evaluation index system for Latin dancers in sports colleges is scientific and reasonable.The verification part needs to be further tested in practice.
