Investigation And Research On New Rural Culture Construction In Zhuogang Village,Huangmei County

The construction of new rural culture is an important spiritual guarantee within the new rural construction,create a harmonious,positive,upward new rural environment.The construction of new rural culture is one of the important functions of local government's public service that need to pay attention to the investment public service facilities,enrich the villagers' cultural life,create more cultural industry.To create a cultural system that conforms to the local rural characteristics,rich cultural infrastructure,create the cultural activities are important for the county cultural construction.The local government has done a lot of work on new rural cultural construction.However,due to the ever-increasing pursuit of people's life,the current new rural cultural construction in the village has not been approved and satisfied by villagers.So it needs continuous improvement.This study takes Zhuo village in Huangmei county as an example,based on the theory of the construction of the new rural culture.Through interviews of the investigation of the villagers,the village Committee,college student village officials and so on,I sort out the main measures of the village new rural culture construction.Combining with the villagers,the village Committee and the college student village official's satisfaction,and its overall situation of the new rural cultural construction,this paper puts forward the practical problems of the new rural culture construction of Zhuo village.Then,combined with the interview,the causes of the problems are analyzed,and finally I find that the construction of the infrastructure investment in the new rural culture construction is too slow.The new rural culture construction method is single,the content cannot obtain the villagers' identification;No superior rural cultural cause has been formed;The lack of talents in the construction of new rural culture and the increase of the outflow;The inheritance and protection of folk culture is not enough to hinder the construction of new rural culture.Combining with the actual situation of Zhuo village,this paper puts forward the optimization suggestions of new rural cultural construction,hoping to strengthen the investment of new rural cultural infrastructure with the help of innovative financing channels;Reasonable cultivation and introduction of cultural construction talents;Improving education and rural thought;Strengthen the traditional culture inheritance and enrich the cultural expression method;Strengthen cultural industry and market cultivation;Promote the new rural cultural construction process of Zhuo village;Better develop cultural undertakings,enhance villagers participation and satisfaction,and play the role of cultural construction in the construction of other areas of the new rural areas.
