In the 1930s,the concept of scientific children's dissemination in China broke the old concept of "children are private to parents" and triggered widespread concern about children's issues in society.In 1935,the Chinese Kindergarten Association,on the basis of emulating the American Children's Year,proclaimed the nation's attention to the cause of children,and proposed the establishment of the National Year of Children and the approval of the Nationalist Government.The Year of Children under the interaction of the state and society attempts to shape children as "small nationals." This shaping can be roughly divided into three types from the content:First,children's education,including family education,school education and social education,to achieve the training of "small nationals";Second,child protection,including special child protection,maintenance Children's rights,to achieve the "small nationals" love;Third,children's entertainment,including children's drawings,children's movies,children's toys.The purpose of this paper is to examine the essence of the national government in shaping the small nationalities through a multi-perspective of children's education,child protection,and children's entertainment,that is,to adhere to the national standard of children.
