A Study On The Economic Life Of Kaifeng In The Northern Song Dynasty

During the Northern Song Dynasty,the economy prospered and reached a peak of the economic development of the feudal society.It played a decisive role in the history of China’s feudal economic development.As the capital of the Northern Song Dynasty,Kaifeng City has a very important role,and it is also the political,economic and cultural center of the country.The Northern Song Dynasty Kaifeng and the water had a close connection.The "Bian Jing four canal" and the water transport network formed by the northern the Yellow River strengthened the connection between the Kaifeng City and the four sides of the Northern Song Dynasty,and even linked the Kaifeng city with the whole world.The water system is the lifeblood of Kaifeng in the Northern Song Dynasty.This article will study the economic life of Kaifeng City in the Northern Song Dynasty from the perspective of water transport in Kaifeng City in the Northern Song Dynasty.The article is divided into four chapters.The first chapter reviews the formation of the water transport network of Kaifeng in the Northern Song Dynasty,mainly studies the water transportation system around Kaifeng City,and the second chapter,starting with the water transport and commercial development in the Northern Song Dynasty,studies the interaction between the Kaifeng water system and the Kaifeng water system,focusing on its economic life under the smooth water system.The third chapter studies the interaction between the Kaifeng water transportation system and the development of agriculture and handicraft industry in the Northern Song Dynasty.The fourth chapter is about the close correlation between the rise and fall of the water transport and the rise and fall of Kaifeng,which focuses on the waste of water transportation management in the late Northern Song Dynasty,and eventually leads to the Kaifeng City.A comprehensive recession.Benefiting from the water system,the convenient water transport network in the Northern Song Dynasty conveyed a continuous supply of money and materials to the Central Committee,maintained the feudal rule and made the relationship between the central and the local more closely.The Song government realized the importance of the drainage system to Kaifeng City,and therefore invested heavily in water conservancy construction in the Northern Song Dynasty.In the late Northern Song Dynasty,the government was increasingly decayed and the ruling power was gradually weakened,the government abandoned the management and construction of the water transport system,eventually blocked the river,and opened from prosperity to the decline.
