Expression Method Of Degree Of Xiangyang Dialect

Xiangyang dialect belongs to the transition of the southwest mandarin and the central area mandarin,and is profoundly affected by these two dialects,ending up with the special degree expressions.This article arms to make a detailed description to the degree expressions,of which we study the interior categories,focusing on semantic connotation、syntactic distribution、grammatical function、pragmatic function.The article devides six parts to classify and analyze:Chapter one,the exordium,make a detailed introduction of Xiangyang dialect and the relevant research.Meanwhile,make a description of the adverb of degree and the degree complement,intending to lay the foundation of the article.Chapter two describes the overlap of adjectives.First,determining the form of adjectives.And then,concentrating on the part which have not been written by others.Chapter three describes the adverb of degree.Classifying the adverb of degree into to absolute adjectives and relative adjectives.The article describes some of these adjectives,including "Tong"、"Duo"、"Ke",ect.Chapter four describes the degree complement.We give a simple introduction of the definition and classification of the degree complement,then explain the usage of these words one by one.Chapter five contains some other ways used to express the degree,for instance,mood、accent.Chapter six,conclusion,sum up the discussion in an all-around way,also point out the shortcomings.
