Education is the top of education in China,and is the main means of cultivating high-level talents in the country.According to incomplete statistics,the number of candidates registered in China has exceeded2 million in 2018.Therefore,this research is devoted to developing the satisfaction questionnaire for postgraduate students in China.Academic satisfaction is an important criterion to measure the quality of education.Through graduate school satisfaction questionnaire compiled and combining with proactive personality,academic study on the relationship between the burnout of a sense of achievement,low investment of learning to explore how to improve graduate student's academic satisfaction,so as to ensure the quality of higher education to cultivate and level provide corresponding advice.Taking the postgraduate of Henan Province as the research object,we collect data by questionnaire,and use SPSS,Amos and Mplus to analyze the collected data.First of all,exploratory factor analysis was conducted on the data collected from the prediction of academic satisfaction of graduate students,and a revised questionnaire of 17 items was formed.Secondly,the 813 data of secondary recovery were randomly divided into half,and the exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were respectively carried out.According to the same abridged standard,a revised the questionnaire of academic satisfaction of 14 items was selected.With AMOS,the confirmatory factor analysis was conducted and the reliability test of the questionnaire was conducted.The Cronbach alpha coefficient was 0.891 and the retest reliability was 0.746.Good structural validity(RMSEA=0.071,SRMR=0.052,GFI=0.927,IFI=0.954,CFI=0.953,TLI=0.943,NFI=0.932).The questionnaire includes three dimensions: personal literacy,software facilities and hardware facilities.After using independent sample t test and variance analysis to investigate academic satisfaction in the differences of demographic variables such as gender,grade,the results show that boys' academic satisfaction is significantly higher than girls;The difference of academic satisfaction in the grade was as follows: The difference of academic satisfaction in grade was shown in the previous grade,second grade,which was significantly higher than that in the third grade.There was no significant difference in academic satisfaction between different culture types,subject category.Based on the theoretical foundationfor academic satisfaction between the relevant variables and multiple mediation model hypothesis,using Mplus analysis process and data,a deviation correction nonparametric percentile Bootstrap sampling point estimates and 95% confidence interval estimate,the results showed that proactive personality through the study,academic satisfaction chain intermediary effect to the low sense of achievement.
