Investigation On The Religious Belief Of People Living In Tibetan And Han Mixed Areas Around Hou’s Temple In Lintan County

In the process of social modernization,all religions are facing their own update problems.Whether as a concept of an entity or popular religion as the temple of religious entities,their survival and development all depend on how to accommodate the modern society.This research takes the modern times as the background,takes the Tibetan Buddhism Hou’s Temple as the center,which is located in Shangzhai village of Liushun area of Lantin county,and investigates the religious belief of the people in the mixed Tibetan and Han living areas around the Hou’s Temple.The author describes the field points from two aspects.First of all,explained the general situation of the Hou’s Temple.The second is the description of the natural geography and ethnic distribution of the surrounding areas centered on the Hou’s Temple.,and the explanation of these conditions in the fields in order to explain the background of the existence of the pluralistic beliefs of the people in the Tibetan and Han mixed residence areas around the Hou’s Temple;The second chapter discusses the private belief space of Tibetan Buddhism faith in the family,the collective belief space in the village,and the belief practice in the public belief space of the temple and the dragon god belief in the rain seeking ceremony,the hail ceremony,the ceremony of "Buddha Lord walks the road"."Autumn newspaper wishes" ceremony,temple fairs and other ritual practice symbiosis pattern;In the third chapter,Through the interaction of daily life and the sharing of regional religious beliefs,the author discusses the Tibetan and Chinese ethnic boundaries and identity.And under the background of modernization and social change,the change of people’s religious belief and belief behavior,To reveal with the development of the society,especially the implementation of the policy of religious belief,the countryside is gradually "empty",the market economy trend impact and so on leading to the deep causes of religious and cultural changes.
