The cultural industry has played an important role in reforming the economic system,deepening the market mechanism,and adjusting the industrial structure.At present,the cultural industry has gradually become a pillar industry in the national economy.In recent years,domestic governments at all levels have continuously increased their investment in the cultural industry and promoted cultural industry enterprises to actively connect with the financial industry and develop closer industrial credit financing cooperation with banks and other financial institutions.However,the development of cultural industry enterprises in China is facing difficulties.Financing difficulties have become the bottleneck restricting the development of cultural industry enterprises.At present,the development of cultural industries is facing problems such as insufficient investment,low financing efficiency and lack of financing channels,which are difficult to break through.The financing issue has severely hampered the development of China’s cultural industry,and many cultural enterprises have therefore been trapped in financing difficulties,which has severely limited the sustainable,long-term,healthy,and orderly development of cultural enterprises.The film industry is an important part of the cultural industry.At present,China’s film industry is at the peak stage of development.It has a bright development prospect and huge commercial potential.It is an irresistible important force in the cultural industry.The Chinese film industry has achieved steady growth under the new development of the national economy.However,the phenomenon of lack of funds in the domestic film industry is particularly prominent.Financial support to the film industry is still limited,investment and financing efficiency is low,and investment and financing channels are lacking.The first part is an introduction.This part mainly introduces the research background and significance of the topic.Literature theory and cultural industry financing,the way cultural industry financing and other aspects of the comb and comments.At the same time this is also part of the research methods and structural arrangement of the present paper are described,and pointed out the lack of innovation of the thesis and research.The second part of the financing of the development of China’s cultural industry situation and problems are described.Analysis of the Development of China’s cultural industry financing,characteristics,existing problems,and the lack of Chinese cultural industry sub-investment and financing mechanism for specific performance.The third part is the status of China’s film industry financing.Chinese film industry currently funds continued to grow,investors richer,more innovative ways of investment,has formed a direct investment,bank loans,sale of copyright,government-funded,Film Fund,indirect sponsorship,personal finance,advertising,risk the relative maturity of financing investment.The fourth part is to introduce the United States,France and other countries on a number of successful models of television and film financing cases,their film market formed a sound investment and financing system and multi-level investment system,including bank loans copyright pledge,a variety of investment and financing private equity financing,equity financing,special film fund,videos pre financing,other financing methods,and sort summed worth Chinese learning.The fifth part is in the cultural industry financing from abroad on the basis of experience,by improving the financing system of the cultural industry basic recommendations,and explore different characteristics of cinema financing,strengthen financial services,sound policies and regulations,the establishment of large data support risk management system,to build a scientific,professional and systematic film industry Financial Support System.
