In our social life,we often encounter various problems of cooperation and credit loss. The problem of lack of credit for cooperation tends to become more and more serious. These problems can not help but think about what is happening in today’s society. Why are there always some people who dare to take the big shots in the world, lose their morality in violation of laws and disciplines, and often lose their trust in others without feeling self-blaming? In order to answer these questions and study the reasons behind these phenomena,we have introduced the variable of moral disengagement and tried to explore the problems of moral disengagement that affect cooperative tendencies and its related mechanisms.moral disengagement refers to the individual’s rationalization of his own behavior through the use of language defenses, attribution of responsibility to others,or minimization of his own actions, minimizing the cognitive tendency of self-sanctions.Cooperation is an eternal topic in human society. At present, our country ’ s society emphasizes harmonious development, mutual benefit and mutual benefit. If a person wants to achieve something in society,he must cooperate with others.Undergraduates are the backbone of our country’s society. They play a central role in the modernization process of our country. We train students to form a good outlook on life and values, and enhance their ability and level of cooperation. For our entire country and the whole nation Are all crucial. In addition to the external factors of the only-child and long-term exam-oriented education among contemporary college students, what are the internal psychological factors that affect the university students’ cooperation tendency?Yang Jiping(2010)pointed out in his research that moral disengagement played a very important role in the process of moral self-regulation.The function of moralself-regulation sometimes loses selectively. This is because of the role of moral disengagement,so it can be said that moral liberation reduces individuals’ cooperation tendencies. Why is the level of individual co-prosperity with high levels of moral disengagement low? Bandura(1986)believes that moral evasion can make some people do unethical behavior, but they do not feel guilty. Therefore, moral disengagement may affect guilt and influence the tendency of cooperation. Is the level of guilt lower in all individuals with high levels of moral disengagement? Previous studies have found that empathy can prevent the emergence of moral disengagement(Yang Jiping,Wang Xingchao,2010).The effect of moral disengagement on internal guilt depends on its own level of empathy(Detert,2008).Therefore,empathy may play a regulatory role in the path of moral disengagement from the influence of guilt. This study starts with the influence of moral evasion on the university students’ cooperation tendency, and incorporates the two variables of guilt and empathy.458 college students from several universities in Shandong Province are chosen as subjects to use the moral evasion scale, intrinsic scale, empathy.Scales and cooperation propensity scales collect data for measurement tools.Data processing software,SPSS 20.0,is used to process data. The relationship between moral disengagement, guilt, empathy, and cooperation tendencies is discussed. The following conclusions are drawn:(1)The higher the moral disengagement, the lower the cooperation tendency and the level of guilt.Moral disengagement has a significant negative predictive effect on university students’ cooperation tendencies and guilt.(2)There is a significant positive correlation between college students’ guilt for indifference and cooperation tendencies, and guilt can effectively predict the tendency of cooperation among college students.(3)Guilty plays an intermediary role between moral disengagemen and college student cooperation tendencies, and empathy plays a regulatory role in moral liberation.
