"Use" is a common word used in daily life.Research on "use" is both abundant and inadequate.Throughout the research literature on "use," most of the research is on the use of the word part of "use",the composition of "use",and the grammaticalization of "use",but there are not many documents on the meaning of "use"..In this paper,qualitative and quantitative statistics and analysis are made on some documents in the four periods of the Ming Dynasty,the Qing Dynasty,the Republic of China,and the modern period by combining the synchronic description with the time-to-date comparison method.In the specific description,using the analytic hierarchy process to classify the different components that were used before and after “use” and the different combinations,find out the characteristics of “use” in these four periods,and explore the use of “use”.Development history.This article consists of six chapters: The first chapter is the introduction,introducing the reasons for the topic,the purpose of the research,the research background and status,the research methods and the establishment of the corpus.The second chapter to the fifth chapter are the content of the text,that is,the four periods of the Ming Dynasty,the Qing Dynasty,the Republic of China,and the modern are each a chapter,and study the use of "use" in each period.When describing and analyzing the use of "use" in the Qing Dynasty,some of the contents were added in this chapter,that is,whether the usage of "use" in vernacular and classical Chinese in the Qing Dynasty was different.The last chapter is the conclusion,which compares and summarizes the usage of "use" in these four periods,and puts forward the deficiencies of this paper in the study.
