In this study,we investigated the relationships between ego identity and interpersonal adaptability of freshmen in ordinary normal colleges,and choose the students who have low levels on ego identity or interpersonal adaptability to have the OB training.The purpose is to understand the current situation of the ego identity and interpersonal adaptability of freshmen and the correlation between them.And explore whether OB training has a significant effect on the bothThis article has two researches.research 1,through a questionnaire survey of 200 freshmen of Liaoning Normal University,Shenyang Normal University and Anshan Normal University,concluded as follow:The development of the students' ego identity is not that optimistic.Different genders have no significant effect on the ego identity development of freshmen;the birthplace and Whether the only child in the family will affect the development of the ego identity of them.Students' ego identity development from towns is better than the students who come from rural areas,ego identity development of non-only children is better than that of only child.The interpersonal adaptation of the freshmen is not that good either.And the interpersonal adaptability of girls is better than that of boys,urban students have better interpersonal adaptability than rural students,non-only children have better interpersonal adaptability than only children.There is a positive correlation between ego identity and interpersonal adaptability of the freshmen.Research 2,the freshmen with poor ego identity and interpersonal adaptability were asked to conduct OB training interventions as the participants,concluded as follow:OB training has significantly improved effect on ego identity and interpersonal adaptability of freshmen.This study draws the following conclusions:(1)The ego identity and interpersonal adaptability of freshmen in ordinary normal colleges are not optimistic.There is no significant difference in ego identity among freshmen of different genders and different majors.Students from cities and towns have better ego identity than students from rural areas.ego identity of non-only children and single children is better.In terms of interpersonal adaptability,girls' interpersonal adaptability is better than that of boys.Students from cities and towns are better than students from rural areas.Non-only children are better than only children,and liberal arts students are better than science students.(2)There is a positive correlation between ego identity and interpersonal adaptability of freshmen in ordinary normal colleges.That is to say,the better ego identity of freshmen,thebetter their interpersonal adaptability.Vice versa.(3)The intervention effect of OB training is obvious.It has significantly improved the ego identity and the interpersonal adaptability of freshmen of ordinary normal colleges...
