People often seek advice from others in order to make better decisions.Advice taking is the process of making the final decisions after consulting others advice. In the decisionmaking process, people rely on two kinds of processing systems: the intuitive system and the analytical system.Similarly, advisors will evaluate the situations and put forward suggestions for policy makers depends on these two systems. There are two types of advices.Based on the formal studies,we have classified the advices, and the "JudgeAdvisor System(JAS)" paradigm as a commonly used paradigm was performed. We discussed the degree of individual’s advice taking according to the different advices types. In order to provide an enrichment and theoretical basis for people’s better rumors and opinions in social networking.Experiment 1 analyzed the difference between judge’s adoption of different types of advices, which compared with the control group. The type of advice(advice justification by intuition, analysis justification by analysis,no advice justification)was used as the independent variable. This experiment used between-subjects design, and 99 volunteers were required to estimate the time of three historical events with medium level of familiarity and difficulty.Participants first performed an independent initial estimation. Then the participants were told to read the different types of advices presented in the procedure and made a final estimate. The dependent variable is the average of the three advice-taking adoption levels.Based on experiment 1,professional level of the adviser was added into experiment 2 as an independent variable. The experiment used between-subjects design of 2(advisor’s professional level: expert vs.novice)× 2(advice type: by intuitive vs.by intuition). There were 125 participants took part in the experiment and we analyzed whether the professional level of the adviser would influence the judges’ adoption of different types of advices. In experiment 3,the advisors’ professional level was set to non-expert level. In total 188 participants were emotionally activated using video materials. And a 2×3 betweensubjects design was used.We analyzed if different emotions(positive emotions, negative emotions, and neutral emotions)of judges influenced their level of adoption of two different types of advices(by intuition vs.by analysis). The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)In the historical time estimation task, the main effect of the advice type was significant. The degree of adoption of analysis-based advice by participants was significantly higher than that of intuitive-based advice and control groups, and the adoption of intuitive advice was significantly lower than the control group.(2)Interactions exist between the professional level of the advisor and the advice type.Regardless of the professional level of the advisors, the degree of adoption of analytical advices by participants was significantly higher than that of intuitive advice;however, the degree of acceptance of intuitive advice put forward by experts was significantly higher than that proposed by novice advisors.(3)When the advisor is a non-expert,an interaction exists between the judge’s mood and the type of advice. The degree of adoption of sadness group of both types of advices was significantly higher than that of neutral sentiment(control groups).Besides, the degree of acceptance of analytical suggestions of pleasant emotion group was significantly higher than that of the control group, but the adoption of intuitive advice was significantly lower than that of the control group.
