This article refers to domestic and foreign research results on second language acquisition and special verbal quantifiers.Using error analysis theory,mediation theory,and second language learning strategy theory,this article analyzed the situation of the Chinese language students,whose native language is English or German,which is in order to find the types and the reasons of the errors.According to the types and reasons of the errors,we can give better teaching suggestions.This article explains some basic information in chapter 1,such as the reasons for choosing the topic,main theoretical basis,research status at home and abroad,and the research contents and methods used in this article.Chapter 2 uses the dynamic language corpus of HSK composition of Beijing Language and Culture University to master the overall situation of the special verbal quantifiers materials.The analysis,including the frequency of the candidates’ use of the exclusive quantifiers,the error rate,also includes the specific types and analysis of errors.According to the result of Chapter 2,this article designed and analyzed a questionnaire survey in Chapter 3.The questionnaire is called special test module for special verbal quantifiers.This chapter first introduces the subjects’ basic conditions,survey tools,survey content design and investigation procedures,and told the results of the survey.It analyzed the effects of different language backgrounds,different genders,and different levels of Chinese on the survey results.This chapter also makes a statistical analysis of the types of errors in the test,and provides a basis for the analysis of the causes of errors in the next chapter.Chapter 4 is the specific analysis according to the errors from questionnaire.It gave teaching suggestions from some main sides,which are: the negative transfer of the mother tongue the excessive generalization of the target language rules,the teaching material design,the teaching methods,as well as the students’ own learning strategies.The fifth chapter is corresponding to the analysis of the causes of the errors in the fourth chapter.The corresponding teaching suggestions are put forward from the aspects of teaching materials,teachers’ teaching methods,and students’ learning strategies.The last part is the conclusion,which summarizes the research of this article,explains the innovation and deficiencies of this article,and also points out the future research direction.
