Research On Chinese Characters’ Creative Font Design In Competition

Chinese characters are the treasures of Chinese culture and art,and they are the main carrier of the inheritance of the Chinese civilization.They contain the breath of the nation,linger with the spirit of culture,and inlay the achievements of national culture.Since 2000,Chinese character design has really entered the development period.The influence and power of Chinese character design have been increasing,and it has developed into a modern design language and expression form.With China’s economic development,cultural confidence,and technological innovation,the design of Chinese characters officially ushered in the most prosperous period in history.Both the Chinese character creative font and the Chinese character design in the competition are an overall and local relationship.The Chinese character creative font is an important part of the Chinese font design.In this article,from the perspective of design science,the author puts the Chinese character creative fonts in the competition as a whole in the field of writing by consulting a large amount of literature,combining the views of ancient and modern scholars,and applying semiotics,design psychology,aesthetics,and calligraphy knowledge.in.The author deeply studied the important domestic art design competitions,excavated the key points from the image oceans of the previous creative type winning works,and learned the essence of the Chinese characters’ creative fonts.This article takes "competition" as the research perspective,takes the Chinese character creative font in the contest as the starting point,and conducts in-depth discussion and analysis on it:(1)This article first defines the basic concept of the Chinese character creative font in the competition,and then the author Through the vertical combing of the development of Chinese character creative fonts in the competition,the Chinese character creative fonts in the contest are divided into the development path of "characteristics of the sea" and the development path of "bright starryness",and the Chinese character creative fonts in the contest are analyzed through combing.How to change from "abandoning others" to "arrively becoming a wind" is in fact inseparable from the historical background it generates.(2)This article focuses on the value characteristics of creative fonts in different competitions and presents diverse and multi-valued characteristics.Then,through case analysis,the explicit and invisible aesthetic features of the Chinese character creative fonts in the contest were elaborated,and they were laterally summed up in the form of different characters,the beauty of images,the breaking of rules,the product of rhythm,and the light of science and technology.Characteristics,which proves that the creative font in the contest is also a design resource that we cannot ignore today.At the same time discuss the design rules that creative fonts should have in order to be alert to the formalism of the font.(3)Analysing the problem of the existence of technical supremacy,formalism,and unobvious results conversion in the creative font design work of the contest.The fundamental problem in the analysis of its root causes lies in the "abortion of teaching".But at the same time,it promotes the prosperity of the design industry and creation is unquestionable.It is hoped that through the author’s insights and analysis,it will have a positive effect on the development of creative fonts.
