The behavior of Online Synchronous Courses,is a proactive,mutual and active communicative process that initiated by the students to accomplish teaching tasks,and to set up social networks,by using online media platform which combine all teaching resources,and applying the conversational tool.Social network analysis is a measure to inspect on the overall relationship structure by the participates in social network by means of quantitative data.First of all,The essay taking references of Teaching Interaction Tower of Distance Education,divides the interactive action types in online synchronous courses into sensing interaction,social interaction and operative interaction,separates the interactive dimension,sets up the level structure for interactive action,designs the coding system for the interaction during online synchronous courses based on the social network analysis,which includes:confirming the key points of interaction,describing the rules of interaction,analyzing the reliability of the interactive behavior coding system,regulating the coding system for interaction.Then,the essay bases on YOUDAO CET6 online synchronous courses,by using the method of social network analysis,with the assistance of UCIENT analyzing software,from the perspectives of macro,medium and micro,the essay analyse the overall structure of the social network,the internal substructure of the social network,and the centrality of the actors in the synchronous classroom of YOUDAO CET 6,draws out and calculates the Net-Pic,condensed subgroup,core-periphery model,density and centrality of online synchronous courses of YOUDAO CET 6 online synchronous courses.Finally,the essay analyzes the relevance of frequency on the interactive behaviors in the YOUDAO CET 6 online synchronization classroom,and the hierarchical distribution of the interaction behavior in the YOUDAO CET 6 online synchronization classroom.Aafter systematical analysis on the overall social network structure,substructure and the interactive action display condition of the participates in YOUDAO CET 6 online synchronous courses,the essay makes the main conclusions as:1.The Net-Pic and interactive density based on the macro analysis of YOUDAO CET6 online synchronous courses,and from above,it proves that the interaction between teacher and students is closer;2.Teacher plays a key role in YOUDAO CET 6 online synchronous courses,and has a comparatively consistent interaction with numbers of students.Some individual student also plays key role among their peers,and their interaction usually takes place in social interaction;3.The key roles among teachers and students can participate in the interaction proactively and voluntarily in the YOUDAO CET 6 online synchronous courses,and they can also keep their characteristics without being interrupted by others during the interaction;4.From the level display of interactive action,the interaction of the core and marginal participates in YOUDAO CET 6 online synchronous course mainly focuses on sensing interaction,and the interaction behavior of both core and marginal participants has reached perceptual interaction.Based on the study results,the essay brings up the following suggestions as to how to realize effective teaching interaction in online synchronous courses:1.Value the training of cognition and sensibility to promote consistency of sensible interaction;2.Value the learner's individual difference to motivate the social interaction;3.Create active class atmosphere to promote the operative action.
