In recent years,as China’s influence keeps on increasing in the world,more and more overseas students prefer to learn Chinese.Many overseas students in China could communicate in English no matter whether English is their mother language;therefore it’s important and meaningful to research how to teach the students who communicate in English Chinese address forms.Address forms is important in communication,and it’s regarded as the pioneer of verbal communication.Because of political,economic and cultural factors,the address forms of Chinese and English are rather different.In addition,Chinese address forms are more complicated and rich than English address forms,which is the difficulty for overseas students.Therefore,the paper mainly contrasts Chinese address forms with English address forms,and conclude and analyze the biased errors of overseas students in order to put forward some useful teaching suggestions.Besides,the paper aims at resolving the difficulties of Chinese address forms for overseas students and improving their communication ability.There are four sections in this thesis.The first part is the introduction which mainly includes the research purpose,research significance,research methods,research overview,as well as the innovationsThe second part mainly contrasts and analyzes Chinese and English address forms in terms of kinship address forms,social address forms and honorific.The third part learns the condition of Chinese address forms learning of the students whose mother language is English,and concludes the errors of them.The fourth part mainly puts forward some suggestions for analyzing the reasons of bias errors through teaching materials,teaching and learning. |
