The Research Of ZENG Fanren's Thoughts On Ecological Aesthetics

Since 1990 s,the ecological aesthetics research has always been a hot topic of the research of Chinese aesthetics and literature and art.The large number of researchers and research fruits makes Chinese ecological aesthetics research stand on the same level of the development of western environmental aesthetics research.Among the researchers,Zeng Fanren(hereinafter referred to as Zeng)is the leader of them,and from 1990 s til now,he has published 64 academic papers and 7 monographs,which represent the cutting edge research of ecological aesthetics in China all the time.Zeng's thought on ecological aesthetics is unique and has made great contribution to Chinese ecological aesthetics and the transformation of it.His content construction and theory features are worth for a deep research.On the content constrruction level,Zeng's thoughts on ecological aesthetics is multidimensional.From western literary theory,aesthetics and aesthetic education to literary aesthetics and ecological aesthetics,Zeng's academic development has a inner coherence.His academic basis shows that his research is multidimensional-many theories combines and promotes with each other;on the method of the construction of his ecological aesthetics thoughts,Zeng has a wide and developmental academic view which produces a multidimensional view and method of construction;Zeng has some very special theories on the construction of his ecological aesthetics system: the putting forward of ecological existentialism aesthetics,the promotion of ecological aesthetics education,the discovery of the meaning of “state theory” ecological aesthetics and macro-proposition of ecological aesthetics ideality,are all the important contents of Zeng's thoughts on ecological aesthetics.Zeng's thoughts of ecological aesthetics is very theoretical,which mainly manifests in these three aspects: firstly,about the basis of his thoughts,Zeng uses Chinese traditional aesthetics resources to construct the ecological aesthetics theory with Chinese characteristics;secondly,about the method of constrcution,Zeng advocates a “harmony in diversity” kind of Chinese-western dialogue,and pays attention to promote the development of Chinese ecological aesthetics with the dialogue;thirdly,about the theory priciples,Zeng attaches importance to combine the background of social development and the inner demand ofChinese ecological aesthetics development,insists on advancing with the times,develops an opening theory system,and consequently peomotes the constant development of his thoughts of ecological aesthetics.Zeng has made great contribution to the comtemporary aesthetics research,especially the ecological aesthetics research with his fruitful achievements,and his thoughts of ecological aesthetics influences and values a lot.Moreover,Zeng pays attention to the cultivation of new scholars,and activly organizes the acdemic activities about ecological aesthetics;he also pays attention to Chinese-western dialogue which is important to the international speech right of Chinese ecological aesthetics research;Zeng's thoughts shows a strong social responsbility which significantly effects the prmotion of the whole society's aesthetical taste,and his thoughts is becoming a part of the construction of ecological civilization.In conclusion,Zeng's thoughts of ecological aesthetics has an important theoretical value and period significance.
