Justice is an eternal topic in the development of human society.Cluster behaviors caused by social injustice have become a potential factor of threat to social security and stability in the transition period. Therefore, cluster behavior has become a problem that needs urgent research and solution in the field of public management. This paper explores the psychological mechanisms of cluster behavior by using psychological research methods, from the perspective of psychology provides an effective theoretical reference for formulating early warning mechanisms of cluster behavior.Based on the theory of justice and the theory of relative deprivation, this paper through three studies continuously explores the sense of justice affects the cluster behavior. The first study use a single factor experimental design, take the university students as research subjects, through the written material to initiate the high and low sense of justice, explore the sense of justice effect on the behavioral intention of the cluster. The results of the study show that the justice of the subjects in the justice situation is higher than that in the unjustice situation. At the same time, participants with low sense of justice had higher intentions to participate in cluster behavior than those with higher sense of justice. It is proved that the effect of justice sense on the behavioral intention of the cluster. The second study on the basis of Study one,Introducing relative deprivation mediators, using the questionnaire method to explore whether the relative deprivation can mediate the effect of justice sense on cluster behaviors.Take the university students as research subjects,372 valid questionnaires recovered, under the premise of controlling unrelated variables, through mediating effects analysis,Relative deprivation has some mediating effects in the process of justice sense affecting cluster behavior intention.Show that the justice sense has a direct impact on cluster behavior intention,it will also have Indirect influence on the behavioral intention of the cluster by relative deprivation. The third study introduces a personality trait variable justice sensitivity,to further explore the role of justice sensitivity in the influence of justice sense on the behavioral intention of the cluster;the result of research indicate that the sense of justice influences the level of relative deprivation and then influences the behavior of the cluster.Compared with university students with low-justice sensitivity, university students with high justice sensitivity are more likely to participate in cluster behavior. At the same time, the relative deprivation of high-sensitivity individuals is higher than that of low-sensitivity individuals, which in turn leads to higher intentions for cluster behavior. |
