On September 18,1931,a little amount of dynamite was blown up by a Japanese soldier near Japan's South Manchuria Railway near Mukden.the Japanese army,blaming the action on the Chinese people,fully invaded Manchuria,leading to its occupation.On February 1932,the Kwantung Army successively occupied the major cities of north-east England of China and established the Manchukuo.At the beginning of the 20th century,the "Manchu region" as a confluence of collision between Russia,Western powers and Japanese Empire,is also the area where Japan wants to carry out the final battle with the West.However,Japan knows that it is far from enough to dominate the northeast region,which is even larger than the Japanese,by military force alone.To govern the northeast region,which is even larger than Japan's own territory,military power alone is not enough.In order to contantly being plundered the resources needed for the war,Japan actively promoted the educational reform of the Manchukuo.Mainly,Energetically popularizing Japanese,Reduce the number of years of learning,Training professional talents and so on.This paper takes the 14 years from 1931 to 1945 as the center to analyze Japan's elementary education policy and the essence of slavery education,aiming at making clear the Japanese imperialist policy of cultural invasion."The Manchukuo emperor Puyi was homage to the emperor of japan in" Luan"Xunmin imperial edict".Puyi's oath is a symbol of "Manchukuo" the emperor and the emperor of Japan "Unity of spirit",also is the symbol of the "Manchukuo" by the spirit "Oudou Syugi" to the "Royal road".Since then,because Japan's goal is to the Pacific as the center,to prepare for the final of the world hegemony of the war,the Japanese rule for the northeast region becomes powerless,in order to fully control the Northeast People's thoughts,Japan hopes to use "Amaterasu" power,reconstruction of Northeast People's spiritual belief,accept the invasion of japan.That is,the "late pseudo Manchukuo" educational policy embodies the characteristics of "Godism education"."Manchukuo" use "Royalism" and "Confucian ethics" And other feudal ideas,The modern elementary education,which has just developed in the northeast,violates the objective principle of historical development.Japan in order to make their own in the"Manchuria" of the invasion and rule is more reasonable,convenient for education,the area China obliterate people's national spirit and instill new "Japanese culture" and"Japanese spirit" to Chinese.The purpose of disseminating Japanese culture in Manchuria is to make Manchuria become a Japanese colony,and train Manchuria people to become loyal for Japan.The research method of this manuscript is to make clear historical facts and to collect historical data as much as possible in the composition of the paper,and to explore the official historical documents of China while analyzing the official historical documents of Japan impartially and objectively.The educational level of the puppet state and the education level in other parts of China are the research topics in the future.
