"The Sacred Edict" was promulgated in the second year of Yongzheng。It is the one-by-one prose of his father Kangxi’s "The oracle is sixteen".This book is not only the centralized embodiment of the Yongzheng enlightenment thought,but also the religious scripture which is regarded as the norm of the Qing dynasty.From the perspective of enlightenment,from the bottom up,the top-down olfactory theory,there is a "prior to ban on rituals",and it is imperceptible to the people.From the point of view of education,a series of cultural and educational measures and systems centered on the preaching of "The Sacred Edict" have effectively promoted the widespread dissemination and social implantation of "The Sacred Edict".This paper is to study the enlightenment thought and its governance of Yongzheng "The Sacred Edict",it is divided into three levels:One is individual centered of cultivate one’s morality,the docile subjects township,between family and the culture;Second,the social ideology as the center of the respect for justice,elimination of heresy and scholarship shaping;The third is the social customs as the center,the etiquette and law of the civilized into the common.Topic research has been conducted around these three aspects.According to the above three levels,Yongzheng enlightenment thought contained in these three levels,and the historical fact,and the policy of governance.This reveals the relationship between ideology and politics in "The Sacred Edict".The first chapter mainly introduces the background and significance of the study of "The Sacred Edict",the scholars’ "The Sacred Edict" and the research results of Yongzheng governance,as well as the research content and methods of the topic selection.The second chapter elaborates the educational thought of "The Sacred Edict" centering on the folk and folk customs.It is manifested in the respect of filial piety,family education,family harmony,neighbourhood harmony,emphasis on agricultural mulberry,resource requirements and thrift.The purpose is to change the customs,popularize the spirit,to guide the basic values of society,to ease the dissolution of ethnic conflicts and other social conflicts.The third chapter discusses the cognitive thought of "The Sacred Edict" which is respect for justice,elimination of heresy and regulates morality.The aim is to change the customs,popularize the spirit of alcohol,and guide the basic values of society,and ease the dissolution of ethnic conflicts and other social conflicts.The fourth chapter studies the educational thought of "The Sacred Edict".The main package includes both ritual and law,systemization of "preaching",and "Zuzheng" "Xiangyue" "Baojia" Combined into one.In order to build a social-lowlevel self-government order in which individuals,families,clan-townships are integrated,a stable social environment and governance are achieved.In a word,Starting from the object of enlightenment and enlightenment of "The Sacred Edict".Not only analyzed the educational thought of Yongzheng,but also studied the political measures to make it practice in both heaven and earth.Combining Yongzheng’s thoughts with Yongzheng’s administration.A more in-depth study of the "The Sacred Edict" became the enlightenment script of the Yongzheng dynasty and its descending dynasty,which profoundly affected the internal basis of the politics of the Qing Dynasty.
