With the advent of the Internet age,people’s perceptions of consumption have changed,and their interactions have also changed.The social pattern has changed and the design has changed.The new business model has gradually infiltrated into various industries.The traditional service industry has been unable to meet the changing needs of the times,so for the traditional service industry hotels,the future development orientation Is very important.The research of this topic involves the field of design science and communication science.Based on the importance of the hotel brand and its future orientation,this paper discusses the characteristics of the visual image upgrade.Our country has a vast consumer market.Hotels ranging from big to small and from simple to luxury are commonplace.How to cater to consumers and adapt to the needs of consumers and creatively solve consumer problems is a key point for the service industry.Visual image as the brand’s facade,so that consumers have a first impression.The visual image is not only to present an external expressive force,but also to present the brand cultural characteristics and background to the audience through language symbols.At the same time,consumers have also increased brand value to a certain extent through their familiarity with symbols and recognition and understanding of brand stories.A good visual image can guide consumers through the tangible visual experience to produce intangible emotions on the brand—brand identity,belonging,and so on.A good visual image and its application and promotion are the first steps towards a successful brand growth and development.As a pillar industry in China’s third largest industry,hotel companies play an important role in the service industry,and design plays an important role in the future development of hotel brands.The development of the Internet indicates that the future design is guided by its problems,with design as the medium,culture as the traction,and technology as the support.This article attempts to summarize the main points of the visual image in the brand upgrade,proposes the brand visual image upgrade planning with the characteristics of the era,and applies the research results to practice.At the sametime,through the characteristics of consumer behavior caused by the Internet,and data analysis of the market,combined with domestic outstanding cases,the characteristics of online consumption combined with offline consumption.For the upgrading of visual design in brand,we propose to better cater to consumers and upgrade hotel companies to explore practical and practical methods suitable for the development of emerging markets.
