The spirit of the Nineteenth Congress explicitly stated that to meet people's new expectations the government will focus on providing students with better education,which can help students growing happily.Well-equipped students would contribute to the country to be powerful.Therefore,paying attention to their subjective well-being is vital to the future development of the society.The main purpose of this paper is that firstly investigating the current state of the psychological flexibility of high school students,to analyze how it is influenced by demographic variables.Secondly,researching the relationship among psychological flexibility,self-efficacy and subjective well-being.Finally,find out whether self-efficacy mediated the relationship between psychological flexibility and subjective well-being.The research methodology of this paper including several steps.The first step is a huge amount of literature review.Secondly,collecting data through 890 interviews with Gao You Second High School students to deeply analysis the relationships between psychological flexibility self-efficacy and subjective well-being of high school students.Thirdly,using statistical techniques to analyses the correlation between their psychological flexibility and subjective well-being respectively,and finally examine the mediating effects of self-efficacy,and determined the impact of self-efficacy on psychological flexibility and subjective well-being of high school students.The conclusions are as follows:1.Generally,the high school students do not have good psychological flexibility.According to our research,it is mainly because of the negative family atmosphere such as parents' divorce or quarrel.2.The psychological flexibility and subjective well-being of high school students show an obvious positive correlation.3.The psychological flexibility and self-efficacy of high school students also show significant positive correlation.4.High school students' self-efficacy and subjective well-being show a positive correlation.5.Self-efficacy has a mediating effect between high school students'psychological flexibility and subjective well-being.Psychological flexibility and self-efficacy can be used to predict high school students' subjective well-being,which means the higher the level of psychological flexibility and self-efficacy usually refer to higher subjective well-being.The psychological flexibility of high school students directly affects their subjective well-being.High school students' subjective well-being can be increased by improving self-efficacy or improving psychological flexibility.In conclusion,enhancing psychological flexibility and self-efficacy can provide high school students with a happy life.
