From the founder of the Sung Dynasty to the Chanyuan Alliance,after more than 40 years of war,the situation inside and outside the Sung Dynasty gradually changed from the war and the central rule policy from "value feat " to "advocate culture".In this changing situation,the military attaches by "award position according to contribution",also have to change the political attitude and strategy,to develop the civilian.Li Yunze is the case.As the typical representative of military officer,the emperor's "minister",Li Yunze as the Special envoy of imperial power,moved to the northwest,capital environs,north China and other places,according to the review of politics.Though closely related to royalty,it was not until the forty to be truly reused.At that time,when the governor of the counties did not give the military attache,Li Yunze was so special to be the senior officer of the Tanzhou.In Tanzhou,Li Yunze was active in disaster relief,encouraged farming,and restructured Yuelu Academy,laying the foundation of the famous Academy in the Northern Sung Dynasty and later generations,which promoted the development of economic culture in the Jing-Hu area.Since then,Li Yunze has served in Hebei for more than 20 years,who was known by strategy.On the one hand,he handled the sensitive border situation of the early post-war period of the sung and Liao Dynasties,properly handled the border conflict between the two countries,tried to maintain the long-term peaceful relations of sung and Liao.On the other hand,Li Yunze actively built defensive fortifications to prevent the Qidan.In a long time,Sung Dynasty didn't have worries,but also provided experience of the ruling side for the future.
