The Regulation Conflict And Response Of Chinese Culture In International Communication

Due to the uncoordinated development of values,beliefs,needs,or goals,the inevitable conflicts are inevitable in any kind of social relationship.Saeed once said,"Culture is the stage,where all kinds of political and ideological forces are fighting with each other".As the changes of the multi-cultural world community,the revolution of media ecological environment,the differences of political demands with political status quo,and the limitation of legislative resources,the culture are facing all sorts of conflicts in the international communication regulation.Nowadays,the culture has become the standard to measure the developmental level and comprehensive competition factor of one country.To improve the international status and strengthen the international image,the demands for solving conflicts of the international communication in our country are more urgent.Hence,the study for the regulation conflict and cooperation,with the improvement of our culture in the international communication,is ultimately aimed at maintaining the cultural security and national interests of our country.On this basis,this article first to the objectivity of cultural regulation conflicts in the international spread of carding,demonstrates the cultural regulation in the spread of international conflicts is objective existence,and is inevitable;Secondly,this paper discusses cultural regulation and conflicts in international communication,what are the specific performance and regulation of the basic theory on culture mode,selection of radio and television and the Internet this two fields are analyzed;Thirdly,it explores the countermeasures to deal with the conflict of regulation in the international communication of Chinese culture,and makes Suggestions for improving the international influence and communication power of Chinese culture.Finally,in order to culture regulation conflicts in the international spread of domestic case as a breakthrough point,such as "area" under the background of our country culture trade conflicts and the conflicts in the international spread of Confucius institute,analyzes the performance and the causes of conflicts in the case,trying to find commonality,from individual case sums up the general law.
