The Study Of National System Of Children And Youth Orchestra Of Venezuela

With the support of the Venezuelan government,Dr.Jose Antonio Abreeu founded the world-known Venezuela Youth Orchestra System Foundation(Fundacion del Estado parael Sistema Nacional de las Orquestas Juveniles e Infantiles de Venezuela).The Venezuelan National Youth Orchestra System(El Sistema)succeeds by providing young people with nearly free classical music education services,including free rental of musical instruments for poverty families and a post-school orchestra course.He has rescued countless young people who are deeply involved in social issues such as drugs,violence,and crime,and has trained amount of famous international musicians and orchestras.By 2017,El Si stema not only established more than 300 community centers(Nucleos)in Venezuela,it has also trained more than 3 million young people.El Sistema goes to more than 40 countries and regions in America,Europe,Asia,established the local El Sistema.This article will focus on the organizational structure,mission and vision of the Venezuelan National Juvenile Orchestra System and El Sistema,and the music education model centered on the orchestra of the community center.It will focus on the social impact of El Sistema and its causes,and analyze El Sistema.The status of transplantation and development in the world;through the study of the financial statement information of El Sistema,two community cores in Venezuela and the United States,to analyze the sources and use of funds in the grassroots of El Sistema;finally,to compare and analyze the current stage of China' s Youth classical music education,development status of youth orchestras,and the feasibility of transplanting China by El Sistema through SWOT analysis and financial analysis.
