A Study Of The Industrialization Process Of Huayi Brothers Company In Contemporary Private Film Enterprises

This paper takes the most representative Huayi Brothers company in the contemporary Chinese private film enterprise as the case,through to its industrialization development course,the company operation pattern as well as the whole industry chain development Strategy Analysis,elaborated the Huayi Brothers Company’s industrialization experience to the Chinese private movie Enterprise development Enlightenment.Firstly,this paper analyzes the external factors that influence the development of Chinese private film enterprises from the four aspects of politics,economy,society and Science and Technology,and expounds the macro-external industrial environment of Huayi Brothers.Then,according to the development characteristics of Huayi Brothers in different periods,the film industrialization process is divided into four stages: the beginning stage of the film industry(1994-1999),the rapid development stage of the film industry(2000-2005),the initial stage of the film industry chain(2006-2009),Film whole industry chain layout stage(2010-2018).Secondly,in the main part of the thesis,the author first analyzes the industrial operation of Huayi Brothers,and probes into the company’s governance in the aspects of its development strategy and business layout,company management mode,Company’s core competence and operation risk.Then,from the vertical integration of the film industry chain and the value of the whole industry chain of the film,the development strategy of the whole industry chain of Huayi Brothers is studied in detail.Finally,the paper expounds the industrial experience of Huayi Brothers,and sums up the Enlightenment to the development of the contemporary Chinese private film enterprises.
