Oral English homework plays an important role in pedagogical practices.On the one hand,from the perspective of teachers,oral English is an important way to test students' learning outcomes as well as the efficiency of the classroom teaching,and to adjust teaching process through the situation of homework feedback and problems.The design,layout,inspection and evaluation of oral English homework should be taken seriously.On the other hand,from the perspective of students,oral English is the method of consolidating knowledge,training oral expression and checking learning efficiency.In the background of information era,it is worth discussing how to integrate the rapid development of information technology into oral English.This paper studies the design and application of oral English homework in primary school based on “17zuoye Network”.First of all,some concepts of oral English are defined through extensive literature review and research.Under the support of the output hypothesis theory,the theory of multiple intelligence,constructive theory and the blended learning theory,the questionnaires are designed to investigate and tease out the current situation of primary school English oral homework,finding out the current problems existing in the primary school English oral assignments.Secondly,in view of the situation and existing problems of primary school English oral assignments,combining with teaching practice,the paper analyses the advantage of “17zuoye Network” with features,and designs the process,content and the evaluation for primary school English oral assignments based on the platform.On the basis of the application program,three rounds of iterative practice are carried out,and iterative improvement is carried out in the application implementation process.Finally,three rounds of practical application which are based on “17zuoye Network” to assign homework are finished,and then the paper try to understand the emotional attitude toward “17zuoye Network” through questionnaires,interviews that are faced to the teachers,students and parents,besides,the results of questionnaires and the interview also be analyzed.The purpose of the paper is to provide a practical application method for primary school teachers and thus to improve their English teaching quality and learning effect.
