In recent years,bullying in schools continues to occur,and school bullying has become a hot topic in society.How to effectively prevent bullying on campus and prevent minors from suffering physical and psychological damage by all walks of life.Bullying that persists on campus has become a topic that education needs to address.Concerned about campus bullying,we must not only pay attention to changes in the education environment,family education and social environment,but also pay more attention to the personality structure of adolescents.This study uses the method of questionnaire survey,270 middle school students of jinzhou city were taken as subjects,and two topics of bullying and bullying were embedded in the "Chinese Fifth Person Personality Survey",the author discusses the relationship between bullying behavior and personality in secondary school students.Based on the "leader" of bullying in school,this study further explores the personality characteristics of bullying.Based on the change of personality,the countermeasures of school bullying are put forward three aspects:family,school and society.The results show:1.There were significant gender differences between bullying and bullied bullying groups.There was no significant difference in the grade of bullying.2.There are significant gender differences in the personality of middle school,with significant differences in grade only in the dimensions of rigor.3.Analysis of variance showed that unrelated individuals,bullies,bullies and those who were bullying and being bullied had significant differences in all four dimensions except for the open dimension.Among them,the difference in neuroticism was significant.4.There is a significant correlation between the frequency of bullying of students and the personality.The frequency of bullying is significantly correlated with neuroticism,extroversion and rigor. |
