A Report On The Translation Of The Invasion Of China By The Western World(Chapter ?)

With the reform and opening up,China has communicated with other countries more fluently.While developing our own academic researches,we should also pay attention to the sinology studies researched by foreign scholars.This report,taking The Invasion of China by The Western World as the material,which is written by Ernest Richard Hughes(1883-1956),a famous British sinologist,presents the influence on Chinese religion,politics,education,science,medicine,and literature of the invasion by the western world.There are four chapters in this report.Chapter One describes the translation task,with a brief introduction to the original text,translation instructions and an analysis of the significance of the translation project.Chapter Two deals with the whole translation process,including preparation,the making of the first draft,revision,and the creation of the final version.Chapter Three goes to analyse the case studies under the guidance of ecotranslatology.Chapter Four comes to the conclusion in which the writer summarizes the whole translation process.
