This paper aims to explore the situation of new generation staff's psychological contract,and the relationships between psychological contract,organizational commitment,career satisfaction and job performance.This research focuses on the mediating role of organizational commitment(including four dimensions)between psychological contract(including three dimensions)and career satisfaction,psychological contract(including three dimensions)and job performance.Quantitative research was applied in this paper.A total of 900 questionnaires were collected nationwide,of which 840 were valid.All effective questionnaires were analyzed by using SPSS software and AMOS software to analyze the structural equation model.Finally,the following conclusions are verified:1)A positive relationship between psychological contract and organizational commitment;2)A positive relationship between psychological contract and organizational commitment;3)A positive relationship between organizational commitment and job performance;4)A positive relationship between organizational commitment and career satisfaction;5)A positive relationship between psychological contract and job performance;6)A positive relationship between psychological contract and career satisfaction;7)organizational commitment(including three dimensions)plays an mediating effect between psychological contract(including three dimensions)and career satisfaction;8)organizational commitment(including three dimensions)plays an intermediary role between psychological contract(including three dimensions)and job performance.Theoretically,the contributions of this study to the literature are as follows.First,the paper analyzes the impact of the psychological contract on organizational commitment,and the impact of the psychological contract on job satisfaction and job performance,enlarging the research field.Second,the paper not only analyzes the intermediary role of organizational commitment in the psychological contract,career satisfaction,and job performance,but also examines the dimension of organizational commitment.Third,in the research results,the paper analyzes the influence of the psychological contract from two perspectives of career and work,which has some novelty.Practically,the findings of the study can provide scientific guidance for the practice management,which will help to put the psychological contract into practice,giving employees a better working environment and constructing a good interpersonal relationship.Second,paying more attention to the organizational commitment and job satisfaction of the employees will be beneficial to the enterprise to attract talents and retain talents;Third,it is beneficial for the organization to increase its attention to the construction of psychological contract for employees,to create a higher level of psychological contract according to the different situations of the different employees.In order to achieve the organizational commitment,job performance and job satisfaction of employees,we can achieve a win-win situation between enterprises and employees.
